- HHHarland Herrera6 days ago4.0Update: I originally came to Gill’s Tire for brakes and ended up doing brakes and tires after several mis steps the district manager rook gave me a call and hooked me up with new rear tires and an inspection on my brakes to my behest. Thanks ti them they fixed the error that discount tired made (somehow when the right tire was low it showed up on the left sensor on the dash of the car ) well Jason the manger got that corrected and these guys got me squared away thanks guys!
- DMDaniel MooreDec 30, 20251.0Spoke with a manager Saturday evening, explained to him that I have an electrical issue and my front headlight is not working, he told me he did not have adequate staffing to work on it that day but he could schedule me out, I explain to him that I need the car to get to and from work so he schedules me for Tuesday at 8am, saying “that will give us plenty of time to diagnose a problem and have it ready for you to go to work by noon. Tuesday: I bring my car in at 8am sharp I leave it with an employee and walk home, after 4 hours (noon) I call them back and ask them for a status update, the employee who answered told me the only thing they could manage to do within 4 hours is try to put in another bulb?! (I understand shops get busy, but don’t tell me you’ll have “plenty of time to diagnose a problem, then spent 4 hours not doing anything) Waste of my entire morning, terrible communication, do not bring ur car here.
- JBJerry BishopDec 21, 20254.0I went in for a set of tires. The technician had issues getting the particular tires to mount correctly on the rims. The two fronts were OK but the rear tires didn't pop out to the rims all the way around as they should have. I spotted that as I returned to pickup my car. I asked the technician about it and he stated that was an issue with that brand of tire and that when you drive the car fo about 15 minutes it would correct itself. I told him that I'd never had that issue in the last 50 years of buying tires. He took the car back into the shop and got it corrected.
