  I called the Enterprise and told them our flights got delayed. It was Christmas eve. They said they would stay open after hours because the flights got delayed and assured us they would be there. We arrived and went to get our car and they were gone. They abandoned us in the airport and stranded us there with no way to get back on Christmas eve with two toddlers. I called customer service multiple times and each time they sent an "urgent" or "priority" message to someone but I never heard back from anyone. Never got 1 call back or email from anyone. Your customer service is absolutely terrible and your staffing is atrocious. Don't tell someone you will be there and then just abandon your customers. I wasn't even able to get a vehicle until the 26th and even then, no one had called me back at that point.

  Beware…this place will leave you stranded with no car!! We called ahead of time and were told the car rental would stay open up to 2 hrs after a flight to get a car rental (after hours). We confirmed our flight. When we arrived, no one was at the desk and they had closed. All they could say the next day was “Sorry!?”. Very disappointing. Even TSA told us that happens frequently at the Manhattan airport. Just tell customers you are closed and that’s it!!!!

  I had a confirmed reservation and completed online check-in, yet when I arrived, I was told the reserved vehicle was “not available.” I was given a much larger vehicle as the only option, which was unsafe and uncomfortable for me to drive and caused significantly higher fuel costs. Despite clearly expressing my dissatisfaction, no one from the Manhattan Regional Airport branch contacted me. I had to follow up myself. This location appears to take advantage of being in a small city with limited competition and treats customers without respect for their time, cost, or safety. This is not the first time I’ve witnessed such behavior from this branch, many others have experienced the same. To make matters worse, the vehicle provided was not even clean (see photo). If this is not disrespect to customers, what is? I will be escalating this issue to Enterprise corporate and senior management. I strongly hope proper action is taken against this branch.

  Very impressed with the staff at this particular location. The young man working the day I got my rental had excellent customer service skills and was also very friendly. The young lady working the counter the day of my return also had outstanding customer service. Will definitely be a return customer.

  Denise was AMAZING!! We were stuck in Manhattan with such a crazy bind. We were from out of town and having car issues, looking at over a week of being stuck for repairs. She was thoughtful, kind, and problem solved everything to make it work for us to pick up here and drop off closer to out of town relatives. So grateful. Thank you!!
