They listen to my concerns and ensure the Automotive Technician will know what the overarching issue is. Then the Automotive Technicians get to work and get the work done right. I’m thankful for the shuttle service. Even though the waiting area is nice and comfortable, I prefer to utilize the shuttle so that I can get more things done throughout the day. I will gladly continue to bring my family’s vehicles to Burnett Automotive in the coming year!
