  Continued to be impressed with the service Burnett Automotive on 400 McCall Rd, Manhattan, KS 66502 provides. Thank you to Cheyenne and David providing expectational service for this visit. Beyond the scheduled service item, they explained in detail other service items needing addressed in the future. Additionally, continued thanks to Brooks and Ricki for providing consistently exceptional customer service throughout my interactions with each of them.

  I was visiting Manhattan last weekend and got a nail stuck in my tire. The staff was friendly and got it fixed for me quick and for a great price! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Manhattan area!

  I am visiting from out of town, my Jeep was overheating. I called on a Friday afternoon to check out availability, my Jeep was fixed and ready to go on Monday afternoon. Great, prompt, friendly service! I am very much appreciative for the speedy, and I am confident thorough, repair!! If I lived in Manhattan I am sure they would be my full time mechanic service👍 Thank You🙏

  Amazing experience from start to finish! We told them exactly what we wanted, and they said they would inspect the car and call before doing any work. They kept their word and were completely honest about everything. They let us know the oil would be ready for a change soon, but simply gave us the information instead of trying to upsell us. We discussed pricing beforehand, and the total at checkout was exactly what they quoted. They also advised us about the brake pads and explained everything clearly. On top of that, the service was incredibly fast—they called me bright and early to let me know the car was ready. As a woman, going in for car service can sometimes feel intimidating, especially if you don’t know much about cars, but they made the whole experience comfortable and easy. They took the time to explain everything and walked me through each step. By far the best dealership in Manhattan! 🫶

  I had to get my AC condenser fixed and Burnett’s was recommended to me by a collision shop we had our other vehicle repaired at. They were very friendly, got my car in super quick and fixed it quicker than expected. My total was also under what they originally quoted which was so nice as well since I feel like typically the total always ends up being higher. I appreciated the ease of communication about the status of my vehicle and they were quick to call or text when any issues came up. I also really liked how when I was notified of an issue, He already had a solution ready for me to approve. Overall great experience and I would definitely bring back my vehicles here in the future!
