I picked up my car after having sway bars installed. 3 days later I asked for my old Parts back. James at Gearhead said they were in the recycling bin . He said he would not retrieve them for me as there was water in the recycling bin. In his own words, he said, "I'm not going in there." If I want my original stock sway bars, I must go there and retrieve them from their recycling bin myself. They took my $700.00 for a 3 hour service job, but wouldn't help me retrieve my old parts, which they said they still have. One star review.   I had a great experience with this shop and would highly recommend them. I brought in my F-150 with a trailer wiring issue, and they were able to quickly diagnose and fix it at a very reasonable price. What really stood out was how thorough they were, they didn’t just fix the immediate issue I asked them to address, they took the time to do a detailed inspection of the truck, checking the suspension, battery, fluids, and other major components. It gave me a lot of confidence knowing everything was looked over carefully. Kyle and James were both a pleasure to work with who made sure I was taken care of and satisifed. As someone from out of state who's new to the area I was a bit worried about finding a good shop. However, I think Gearhead is honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced.. hard to find shops like this. I’ll definitely be coming back with my F-150 and other vehicles when they need professional repairs outside of my capabilities.

  James was great, made sure I got the work needed done and didn’t overcharge me for the work. Very friendly and very personable. Communicated every step of the way and overall I was pleased with the work done. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here if you want honest good work.
