  Instead of writing a bad review for the shop that did a poor job repairing my car twice I'm going to leave a good review for the shop that fixed it. I was concerned that I was not going to be able to get a quality repair on my car after the previous experience. Corey got everything squared away and had it back to me in a week and all of the things I was concerned about were fixed correctly. They did a really nice job and in the time frame that they said they would.

  Gerber Collision in Lenexa does an outstanding job all the way from quoting, customer service, communication throughout entire process, timely repairs and a job well done! Very competitive pricing also! Great company!

  Gerber Collision was A+. The moment I came by for an estimate to the moment the repairs were finished, I was updated and communication was excellent among all staff. I had a carbon fiber piece that was attached to the damaged portion of the vehicle and they were able to match it completely. Also, the rear window needed to be replaced and they were fully able to match the tint that was on prior to the accident. Overall A+ experience Super professional, friendly and very reliable team at Gerber. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  I have given the owner of this company and my insurance company many months to resolve the problem that we were overcharged on labor for the paint job on the hood of my daughter's car. They charged 3.5 hours for clear coating the hood of a small vehicle. I have come to the conclusion that the overcharge will never be refunded and forget about the warranty. They had the car for 2 months, blew out the battery, charged me for a new battery while the one that was in the car was still under warranty and did not ask if I wanted them to replace the battery. They did not see the gaping crack in the radiator which cost me additional money to have it repaired by Firestone. FYI, the brochure for this company states that they do not guarantee their work to be flawless but it meets "acceptable community standards." Not sure what "acceptable community standards" are unless it means the work will be less than acceptable and they will mess you and your insurance company over. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
