Adam got us right in and replaced the axle and our car drives like new again. We are so grateful for this reliable service. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and cheerful. While waiting for a tow truck I called this location and let them know that we were on the way for a warranty repair or replacement for the tire because we had purchased the tires from this location .the person who had answered the phone said ok . When we arrived at the location we talked to the person at the counter and he told us that they were unable to get to the tire until Friday mind you today is Tuesday. That its was because of the snow that they were even unable to fix the tire or put the spare tire on for my daughter and keep the wheel and tire for replacement . I am very unhappy with Goodyear after purchasing tires with warranty because they are unwilling to help when it comes to rotating and repair without haveing the car for a week .
