- BGBrendan GlennNov 30, 20251.0Do not go here to get your battery changed. Our car batter was dead so we took it here to get it replaced telling us they can do it. The kid was helpless and couldn’t even get the batter off the terminal. He could barely use a socket a wrench. Told us he can’t do it and sent us on our way. Couldn’t jumpstart us cause he damaged the terminal. The tow truck we called was able to get put back on within couple minutes and jumpstarted us no problem. Told us that the guy who tried to change our batter almost broke a lot more in the car. Not one manager wanted to come out and help or talk to us.

After he took care of a few customers that were ahead of me, he came out and tested the battery and found it to be bad and needed replacing. He quickly found the suitable replacement and installed it. While doing this he noticed I needed a new air filter and installed that as well. Top notch service from him. He represents your brand well. Thank you Cleveland for helping me today.
