  Rude, aggressive, general manager, Trent, took a completely solvable situation/confusion and while he was clearly having a bad day himself, screamed at myself and my husband, and refused to rent us the car (which we had reserved weeks in advance), and yelled about how he was going to fire the employee that had previously rented us a car (apparently he violated some policy about us being from the Missouri side of state line, along with every other employee we've worked with at Enterprise for the last several years). This is a brief overview summary, obviously, but we've rented from there several times and will not be back as long as Trent is around.

  No vehicle availability with a reservation from prior night. Had to wait to late afternoon to get one and the vehicle was awful to drive. Couldn’t charge my phone on it either. No driver available at opening to drive me home. Driver comes in an hour after opening. Paid multiple fares for paid rides due to enterprise without any reimbursement.

  The service was impeccable! Check-in and checkout could not have been more seamless (simple/fast)! The transportation lent to us has been top quality in every aspect and all details are explained thoroughly! We appreciate that you do everything within your ability to meet our needs!

  The enterprise in Leavenworth has the most proficient and professional business managers. Trent was the best from the beginning of my booking the reservation to extending it and finally picking up the card. The staff was accommodating and helpful making my circumstances bearable. Every business should emulate the enterprise staff in my opinion.
