I've been going to Jiffy Lube for 10-12 years, and this store was the worst I've ever experienced. The store did NOT have the type of oil and suggested I go to Auto Zone to purchase the oil. After purchasing the oil and returning to the store, they proceeded to change the oil. In doing so, they spilled more than a quart of oil on the top of my motor, and it leaked down to the bottom. I have been smelling a terrible burning of oil since, and I can not get rid of the smell. I'm taking my business to Valvoline for the next 10-12 years! Horrible!
