They are kind and helpful and very respectful of your situation and needs .. they don’t push just the most expensive ones off on you they have more to choose as fare as stock of cars to rent … Leavenworth Enterprise sucks don’t go there is all I have to say

Had to leave half our stuff to get grandma with wheelchair to the beach. We were all crammed in a hybrid jeep, uncomfortable and then got a flat due to a screw on the interstate. Ended our trip early and had our oldest son fly home for more room. Alexis went above and beyond to help us before we left and Jourdan was the BEST when we dropped off early. 5 + stars for these staff members!!!

Nobody bothered to call and let us know they canceled our reservation since they had no cars. Then they had me call around other locations trying to find one even though they failed to follow through with our reservation. Hertz here we come!
