This is what you can expect when they mess your car up. Now a have a brand new car has been making an odd noise every since they changed the oil.

Second off the only reason I went to Valvoline for an oil change was because I’ve received a coupon. After the oil change when I tried to use the coupon. They told me it was invalid. I had to call Corporate just to get the situation handled and I still haven’t received a refund. This company gets people in based on lies and I got scammed into paying full price. I will never visit this place ever again and I will make sure all my friends and family never come to Valvoline ever again either. They just built a new one here. I’ll make sure it gets shut down. Additionally, they also offered services that they could not do. They offered to change out my tail light bulbs and didn’t even do it because they were unable to. Don’t come here for any service!
