Both registers became available at the same time, so doing the polite thing I waited until I could tell which one he was choosing to use before I approached the other. Being older he moved a bit slow but no big deal. Well apparently it was a big deal to the impatient kid working one of the registers. Obviously annoyed, he commanded us with "Next please. Left or right, either one" in a pushy and frustrated manner. Yes, we know how the lines work. If the staff can't exhibit common courtesy for older people and those trying to have manners, that's a real shame. Again, no one was behind me so this was all about this kid just being rude. Please train on manners and respect, thank you.
