  They sit n wait Untill you pull up just to tow you , they damaged my vehicle and were unwilling to repay for the damages completely denied it even after evidence was shown they denied me their insurance I’ve since filed a claim against them don’t waste your time on this company

  Police called for a tow after a wreck, everything was handled so quickly & my insurance company was able to contact them for the next “trip” without a problem. Thank you!

  I feel as though I’d recommend this Towing’s service to all my constituents in Jacksonville Florida and all surrounding area that are able to have this towing company provide a service to them my Driver (Will) with lighthouse was the absolute best person to have come out move my truck. Great attitude positive energy and very cool and understanding (Will) thanks a lot for simply being the person you are SIR and and making Lighthouse towing truly stand out and shine..

  They tried to tow my mother’s car which was parked legitimately on our road in front of our home while she was in the hospital. On top of that they charge insane prices with no explanation as to why they’re so high when asked and there are multiple stories of them taking advantage of the vulnerable or elderly. Crooks the lot of them.

  $275 for a tow. Cash only. What kind of an establishment does cash only and then doesn't have an ATM? Absolutely ridiculous. Such a sketchy place
