    They'll charge you another day and not tell you. This place has horrible people skills. No communication skills. They'll steal your money. Go somewhere else

    Rental experience today was horrible will not be renting again from this company they changed my weekly after using all my points and they are not right chase last month was great got me and a good rental took care of me 5 stars for him this time around new person and Jake want to argue with me about rates not getting into it with a grown man they don’t even let you talk to people over them very unprofessional just they doing to much so you lost a great customer I’ll take my money somewhere else

    Rental process was quick. I've previously rented from this location without an problems. However, there were obvious stains on all the seats and the car smelled like cigarette smoke. A cigarette lighter was later found wedged in the driver's seat. No problems with the car rental process, the employees, or the car itself other than the lack of attention to detail during cleaning.

    My local agent was exemplary. His treatment of my rental and the way he ushered us through the process was truly extraordinary. I recommend Enterprise hoping all reps are as knowledgeable and helpful as Charles C. Todd III. Thank you for a memorable and enjoyable experience.
