  They worked with my insurance and the truck was ready for me when I got there, everything was set up, I was in and out in two shakes of a lemon!

  Very bad experience with this location I rent cars all the time with enterprise management very rude they are poor on communication. The cars was needing oil changes every other week they never had enough cars to trade out. They then held the keys from me while my daughter was in the car & told me to find a ride home because I started asking certain questions about policy then threatened to call the police I’ll never rent from enterprise again

  Three different cars over several weeks. Each car had an issue unfortunately. The only consistency was the interior windows were dirty on all three cars. One had a bad thermostat, one needed an oil change and the third was a Jetta that had been abused by a previous customer. Now my credit card has a phantom charge on it which I’m contesting.

  Great customer service and a high quality vehicle for me to use. I was very happy with the Enterprise located at the Lengends in Kansas City, KS.
