  My local agent was exemplary. His treatment of my rental and the way he ushered us through the process was truly extraordinary. I recommend Enterprise hoping all reps are as knowledgeable and helpful as Charles C. Todd III. Thank you for a memorable and enjoyable experience.

  I'll start by saying I travel a lot for work, so I deal with a lot of Enterprise locations. The 7611 State Avenue location is my favorite (by far) when it comes to customer satisfaction. Both, the manager and Carl are very friendly and easy to work with Enterprise for the Win!

  Beware don’t go to this location :: read the other reviews they don’t have cars and I have video of him saying it’s because they don’t mark them that they got rented before I had a confirmed online reservation, but when I arrived, the employee told me my reserved vehicle had been given to someone else. He said the only available option would cost $50 more, claiming he didn’t have time to mark down the previous rental. When I asked him to put that in writing so I could contact his supervisor, he refused and denied me service. Just because he didn’t want to backfill after asking why I had to pay extra for something that was his fault. He was the only employee at the time and they are in the process of hiring definitely think one employee should be present for situations like this him being the assistant manager couldn’t de-escalate the situation. The employee also stated that he was the assistant manager, and instead of resolving the issue, he made it impossible for me to get a car through Enterprise. After leaving, I went to another Enterprise location in person to try to rent a vehicle, but when they asked what happened at the previous location, I felt they were judgmental and dismissive. They then told me there were no cars till next week and to go to Avis I immediately sent the video online and had some at 8pm reach out saying both locations should of called someone or resolve the situation I have three kids and I was without a vehicle and at the time we were all very sick and we needed to get back-and-forth from the emergency room to the hospital or our house. Followed up with someone at the second location but decided to not to return after the terrible experience we just went a purchased a car instead waiting on insurance and terrible experience of just trying to rent a car when we needed it the most

  Enterprise on 76th & State has awesome people working there. The rental pickup was quick and easy. They gave me a 2025 suv to drive and I fell in love with it. I needed the car longer so editing the return day online was so simple and hassle free. Returning the car also went smoothly. Would definitely rent here again, their vehicles are top tier
