  My family bought a brand new camper here! Couldn’t even enjoy it the first weekend we took it out, we are a family of 6 with little ones and a newborn. Our AC froze up, and we were miserable all weekend. So after hours of arguing with them, telling us they were waiting on parts, they call and tell us they’re ready to work on our camper. Drove 2.5 hours to drop the camper off. After that we waited months to hear from them, after several phone calls they tell us they’re still waiting on parts because the parts they “ordered” were wrong. At this point they have now had the camper the entire time we’ve owned it. With it only having a one year warranty I asked them if there was any chance they could extend it by 5 months to make up for the time they’ve had the camper in case future problems arise, they told us that was out of their control. A month after this they call and let us know our camper was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival we find out that all of our new bedding was missing, and someone had been LIVING in OUR camper on THEIR property because they had left it unlocked. This is very distasteful and leaves me COMPLETELY unsatisfied with my purchase! I would recommend further research before purchasing from this place! However, I will say the salesman we had was very respectful and did great at his part of the process!

  I should have paid attention to the bad reviews. This place might have turned me off of buying an RV forever. Can't call people back and sold the RV i wanted to look at but couldn't because " It needed service". But somebody else was able to put money on it a day later? This place will just give you the runaround. Take the extra time and go to the grain valley location at least they are professional there!

  On a whim, my wife and I, both recently retired, decided to look at RVs and Travel trailers with no intention to make a purchase. We have NEVER even looked at, or even discussed using, or purchasing one at length. I’d like to add, we knew NOTHING about anything when it came to campers and RVs. We met with Tyrone when it was freezing outside and windy. He broke down the types of campers and RVs down in layman terms and walked us through each type. When we explained what we might do and the size of our family, he was able to show us the perfect class A coach and did not pressure us, even after we returned two more times and he took the time to show us the features and the differences, pros and cons of each. We walked out with a dream Tiffin RV and Tyrone, George, and Justin were nothing short of PERFECTION.

  I have had nothing but good experiences. The staff is always helpful and goes above and beyond. There were things broken on my brand new camper. It took a while to get the warranty work done. It isn’t their fault the manufacturer didn’t have attention to detail.

  My friend bought a camper for him and his 5 year old son to live in two weeks in his heater quit so now him and his son are screwed and they will not help him get it fixed ! I was going to buy from them but not now
