    My wife had a terrible experience with crystal and addenise. Would not recommend those two associates at all. Take your business elsewhere

    Im not one to leave reviews but this was by far the worse experience ever. Starting off with Crystal the store manager. Has the worse tone, does not know how to speak to her employees and let alone her customers. When I went to pick up my parts Crystal Couldn’t find them she then said they were some where in the back. The other parts she said to comeback the next day AFTER I HAD PAID EXPEDITED SHIPPING and could not tell me a reason why, all she could do was provide me with a nasty attitude. On 11.15 the next day I return just like Crystal recommended & my experience got worse. I had to deal with her assistant addenise I think her name was? (African American lady with gold teeth) this lady says “I can’t find them” “I don’t Know where they’re at”. The lady also says “can you wait longer” with our giving me a real answer as to what the delay is and by the system says they are ready for pick up. I instead told her to refund my money and I’ll take my business elsewhere. During the refund process she was unsure of how to refund and what to refund. I had to walk her through that as well. Beyond the worse experience ever & I recommend you take your business to a different auto zone (The day before I also witnessed the same Lady speak bad about one of her employees because he was taking a long Time assisting a customer )

    What an awesome staff this location had! I needed a new battery, and it had actually gotten to the point that when I pulled up and opened my hood to try to take a picture of what kind I had (I'm obviously not familiar with working on cars), my battery was smoking and I was concerned it would explode. I was so scared, but Ozzie volunteered to help me install my new battery and cracked jokes the whole time! He took a really lousy experience and turned it into a great day!

    I recently visited the store asked the employees can they help me with my car I don’t understand cars besides gas and go ! Both ladies was rude so unprofessional told me it’s against policy help me with my car ! I don’t recommend nobody visiting there
