  They looked up parts for me and prices were good I needed specific part they had it in stock then I needed oil synthetic they helped me get right kind overall a good experience

  Horrible. I hate going to this autozone. They never know how to help you. The manager tried to gaslight me. She tried everything in her power to make it look as if it was my fault that I was sold a faulty product. After explaining the situation she made some bull about something. I only came to this autozone because the replacement I needed was not available at the other autozone that I usually go to. They told me it was only available here. Which I like the other autozone that one deserves 5 stars. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. They always have some nasty attitude. You go in there being nice but since I had a problem with a product she started getting nasty with me. I said mam just give me a replacement that I’m allowed to. She still giving me some sorry excuse. The manager at the other autozone on state Ave is so nice and would never treat a customer in such a way. This lady had attitude the whole time I was speaking to her. If you can go to the autozone on state Ave they are nice to you and help you with your problem.

  Matthew at AutoZone was a lifesaver today. I came in having a really stressful day with a dead battery, and he immediately jumped in to help without hesitation. He tested everything, installed my new battery, and made the whole experience smooth, quick, and genuinely pleasant. After dealing with a not-so-great experience at another store, his kindness and willingness to help completely turned my day around. You can tell he truly cares about people and takes pride in what he does. Matthew, thank you for your help today — you made a bigger difference than you probably realize. I’ll absolutely be coming back because of you.
