  I was here right now at 8:12 pm theres was two people in charge and was trying to buy in comercial account and they sais they can’t do it because there’s nobody at this time,like how??? It is auto zone and they close at 10:00 pm!

  I had a bad experience last nightThe young man that helped me Trade his best to assist me. I was looking for a tool to install seals for injectors. He did not know what I was talking about, so I asked to talk to his manager. His manager Didn’t even bother to come over and see what was needed. He Rudelyj kept walking brushed me off said he didn’t know anything about that like I was bothering him After getting home, I realize I was given the wrong part. I returned to the store. I decided to return The part It smell like marijuana, and the order was coming from the manager in his otherEmployee-buddy that he was hanging out with It’s unfortunate customer service has gone downhill. I’m now, considering after being a loyal customer from day one that this AutoZone store I will now be going to your competitors to avoid having a bad experience again.

  3 empleados y ninguno atiende, pésimo servicio , espere 15 minutos y no tenian nada de lo que ocupaba tuve que ir a otra sucursal, la gente no tienen mucha experiencia
