At the Goldenbelt Blvd location I have never had any issues. Whenever I take my vehicle to this location they have done an awesome job on my vehicle. I will call in and make an appointment and they will then notify me on when they can get me in. They are very busy there and sometimes it can be 2 weeks out before they have an opening which is understanding due to the volume of service there. They are very quick about getting the service done on my vehicle in a timely manner once I bring it there for the appointment. Occasionally there might be a delay because they have so much going on there with tons of vehicles to work on. When dealing with a dealership you have to show patience because they are not just working on customers vehicles but they are also doing maintenance on vehicles that they are trying to sell off the lot. Anyhow I am very satisfied with the auto service and the customer service provided here at this SPECIFIC location. If there is any issue with the auto service or customer service that they have done they will quickly try to correct the problem if it pertains to the service they provided on my vehicle. I highly recommend this SPECIFIC Jim Clark and Chevrolet in Junction City, Kansas. Thank you.
