- ACAmy CampbellJan 31, 20265.0My experience was wonderful. Oil change was completed quickly and without any issues. The woman working in the service dept office was kind and welcoming. While I did pay a discounted price (won a gift certificate) I did think the actual full cost of the service was in line with what I would expect to pay for a full synthetic oil change anywhere. So no need to go to a discount oil change facility when you can schedule an appt at Jim Clark (Grant location) and get your oil change, vehicle inspected and tires rotated while you relax in their lounge area. I also want to point out that making an appt for service was super easy online and I was even able to quickly reschedule my appt online when my daughter got sick. No calling and waiting on hold or waiting for call backs.
