When called out in person yall backpedal real quick, I let it go at the time again assuming incompetence. I’ve now seen multiple instances where yall do this, which leads me to believe this business is legitimately scamming customers. Perhaps not all, but those they believe they can get away with it on. It’d seem they have a few loyal customers they do right by and they’re quick to defend this business but I assure you getting work done here you seriously risk major issues with your car. Avoid at all costs I’d say.

With a fraction of the cost. Plus giving me a full checklist that they also gave for all extra thing checked. Which all passed. I had suspicions my water pump has went out in my car, and instead of jumping right in they tested some things out and come to find out had a crack in the radiator. And managed to replace it all within the same day! Great communication and great customer service!
- RHRicardo ORTIZ HERNANDEZDec 16, 20251.0About a week ago, I took my Ford F-150 Lariat to this tire shop to replace all four tires, which I purchased directly from this establishment. Immediately after leaving the shop, my truck started vibrating badly. When I checked the tire pressure myself, I found that three of the four tires were inflated to 67 PSI and one to 55 PSI, which is completely unacceptable. The manufacturer’s recommended PSI for my truck is 35 PSI. I had to personally deflate all four tires to the correct PSI, and even after doing that, the vibration continued. I returned to the shop and was given an appointment for Saturday at 8:00 AM to have the tires rebalanced. However, they called me to pick up my truck only 10 minutes before closing, without providing any clear explanation of what was done. When I asked an employee outside who was taking out the trash, he casually told me that the truck was “out of balance” and that was it. When I asked if an alignment had been performed, he said he thought it had not and bring it back Monday. That level of uncertainty and lack of communication is unacceptable and time wasted.This is the second time I’ve been to this location. It was previously known as Peerless, and now under a new name, the service has been extremely disappointing. After spending over $1,700 on tires, I regret choosing this shop. I will now have to take my truck elsewhere to fix a problem that should have been properly handled the first time. I do not recommend this place and very disappointing experience.
