Insurance reported to Enterprise who contacted me and set everything up needed for a rental. Dropped off vehicle at repair shop and Enterprise representative arrived with my rental car. Being unfamiliar with type of vehicle, the representative showed me how everything worked and took the time to answer any of the questions. The staff at the local office were fun to interact with, had great personalities, and great sense of humor. Everyone involved ensured I had everything needed. The vehicle I had took a little getting used to and it was a great vehicle to drive - continuous learning experience and had fun. Also, awesome to have a car rental place close to home and within reasonable walking distance. I usually do not rate stuff with 5-STARS because there is always room for improvement. However, since this was my first accident in over 20-years and my 1st time interacting with this particular Enterprise Car Rental office, think it deserves the extra credit (+ the employees were fun to be around)!!
