- EHEthan HogueNov 2, 20241.0This will end up being the worst experience I've had following a vacation. I returned the Ram truck I rented for a week and there was a tiny chip in the window. I'm not even sure when/ how it got there but I said it happened on the highway because how would I know? MY INSURANCE COMPANY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE THE CHIP IN THE WINDOW REPAIRED FOR FREE, but this location is going to put the vehicle out of service and send it to Wichita and likely replace the windshield. This will cost me a $500 deductible, plus the time the rental is down? Nobody will answer my questions. This is utterly ridiculous!!!
