  Worst experience of my life. I made a booking online on Sunday to collect a car for a one way on Monday I get my confirmation email and everything show up Monday no they don't have any cars available for a one way okay I keep it cool make another booking right come back the Tuesday we will have a car for you at 4pm okay go back at 4pm no they don't have a car for me still keeping it cool make yet another booking for Wednesday at 4:30pm as that is what the guy at the counter told me he will have a car ready for me so I show up today only to get told yet again I they dont have a car for me but outside is 20 cars standing since Monday so I lose my my mind and tell the guy this is the worst service I have ever gotten from anyone I am sepose to have been at my new employer on Monday already but what does he care he isn't losing money then he refuses todo business with me and tells me to leave. I will never recommend the Enterprise car rental in Hays Kansas to anyone they are useless and waist your valuable time and money save your time and effort rather try to make another plan.

  Totally unprofessional, dishonest and rude! I would not recommend dealing with this place at all! We flew in from a different state and was confirmed that we had a rental ready for us, and of course it was a total lie! Along with being rude and having an attitude with customers.

  Worst experience and extremely unprofessional service I have ever experienced. We had a confirmed reservation and pick up was scheduled to 8:00 am we had a text saying it will be ready at 9:30 so we waited and when we got there at 9:30 Amanda Askew told us they don’t have anything available and had us waiting until seeing other customers if they would not rent a car so she could give us their car although we had a confirmed reservation. And what did it for me is when they heard us talking to Hertz and seeing that we were going to leave suddenly they had something available. Extremely rude and believe we were discriminated against!!! Don’t expect to have dependable service here!

  If you are coming out of town and want to rent a car, DO NOT rent from here. While we were traveling, they changed the pickup time twice due to a “car maintenance” and then we we arrived at the time they asked us to come & pickup the car at, they said “we’re sorry, we have no cars for you at the moment & we forgot to call you this morning to tell you that” even though we have a confirmation number and everything was supposed to be all set. So unprofessional & they won’t do anything about it to please the customer except saying they are sorry

  We rented a car for several days and had no problems. Relatively inexpensive.
