  I had a terrible experience as I rented a minivan to move cross-country. I had to rent on Friday (2 days before my actual trip) because the Hays, KS branch is closed Sat & Sun. I rented Friday a 4pm, had to get gas because it was below 1/2 tank, and then let it sit at my house Saturday as we packed it for the trip. When I tried to leave Sunday morning, I could not start the car for 1.5 hours, delaying my departure. It flashed 7 or 8 different warning signs, would not allow me to open the trunk, and the shift panel would not light up or work. I tried calling the branch office, tried calling the managers line, left a message, emailed the branch manager and NEVER heard back. A mechanic helped me reset the circuit board which allowed the car to start. However, it still flashed warnings to me for the rest of the trip (Hays, KS to Houston, TX). Once, the minivan even kicked the parking break on when I was going 10 miles/hour in Waco, TX. When I got to my destination, I told the attendant of the issue. He told me to reach out to the Hays, KS branch again. A different attendant even emailed the Hays, KS office on my behalf. I still haven't heard back, but the charge is pending on my credit card. This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

  I recently rented a vehicle from Hays, Kansas. The Enterprise Agent, Amanda, was very courteous, professional and helpful. I returned the vehicle in Colorado Springs without a glitch or any hassle. I highly recommend Enterprise Rental at both Hays and the Springs. "Seamless experience!"

  The lady working was very polite and efficient. I dont know how I would have gotten to work every day without Enterprise! I was able to get my vehicle rented and be back out on the road in no time at all. Thank you so much Enterprise! Ya'll are a lifesaver for sure!

  Worst experience of my life. I made a booking online on Sunday to collect a car for a one way on Monday I get my confirmation email and everything show up Monday no they don't have any cars available for a one way okay I keep it cool make another booking right come back the Tuesday we will have a car for you at 4pm okay go back at 4pm no they don't have a car for me still keeping it cool make yet another booking for Wednesday at 4:30pm as that is what the guy at the counter told me he will have a car ready for me so I show up today only to get told yet again I they dont have a car for me but outside is 20 cars standing since Monday so I lose my my mind and tell the guy this is the worst service I have ever gotten from anyone I am sepose to have been at my new employer on Monday already but what does he care he isn't losing money then he refuses todo business with me and tells me to leave. I will never recommend the Enterprise car rental in Hays Kansas to anyone they are useless and waist your valuable time and money save your time and effort rather try to make another plan.
