Upon inspection, he determined that by consistancy and smell of the oil on the dipstick, that perhaps it was in my best interest to 1st have my engine checked by a mechanic prior to performing the oil change, even suggested a great mechanic (I knew and use the Great mechanic he had suggested) He could have simply performed the change...but he provide info and an explanation of why it was in my best interest to have it looked at first. I will be bring all my cars too Strickland and I will tell my friends and family. Thank you for your professionalism and integrity William!
