We had made a reservation for a rental with Emporia, Ks Enterprise at least one week prior to our departure date of September 18, 2025. We were told our vehicle would available at noon on the 9/18/35. We received a call the morning of the the 18th staring the vehicle would not be ready at noon and no other details. We called the local office and were told the vehicle needed an oil change and said it should be available shortly after noon. We called to check on the progress a couple times that morning, and were told they didn't know when the vehicle would be done. They stated a third party was doing the oil change and they didn't have any control over it. We questioned if we had a scheduled pick up time, why wasn't it done as a priority and they had no response, no apology..nothing. After waiting we got another call at 3:30 the same day saying now the vehicle need new tires and it wouldn't be ready till the following day but couldn't give us a time frame. By now we had wasted a partial day of our vacation and had to reschedule things. Again no apology no nothing!! My question is this the vehicle had to come from another location...why would you not check a vehicle out before sending it knowing it was scheduled to be picked up th next day!!!! CRAPPY SERVICE AND AWFUL WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!
