Speaking to a customer like they are ignorant after I asked for a simple diagnostic test then proceeding to tell me what the trouble is without even looking at it is not a way to get a customer to come back.

After getting towed to AutoZone, we were able to get what we needed, borrow the store's tools, and fix it in their parking lot. An employee then jump started the truck for us. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Very impressed!
