  I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a rental vehicle. I reserved a 15-passenger van well in advance for a family vacation, even though this location is an hour from my home. When I arrived at my scheduled pickup time, I was told they didn’t actually have the vehicle available and that they would call me when it came in. After waiting over an hour, I finally received a call—only to be offered two 7-passenger vans, which still didn’t provide enough seating for our group. This completely defeated the purpose of my reservation. It’s incredibly frustrating that they allow customers to reserve specific vehicles online without guaranteeing availability. This experience was inconvenient, disappointing, and a huge waste of time.

  Reserved a minivan with Enterprise weeks in advance for an important trip. They confirmed the reservation and even called days before to verify I still needed it. Then 15 minutes before pickup, they called to say the van wasn’t available and told me to wait until 6 PM. After waiting hours and driving back to the location, they still did not have the vehicle—only a small car that wouldn’t work. They also claimed they had called earlier and left a voicemail warning me, which never happened. The biggest issue wasn’t just the lack of a vehicle—it was the poor communication and false expectations that left us waiting hours and scrambling at the end of the day with no real options. This created significant hardship for an important trip and completely defeated the purpose of making a reservation in the first place.
