    I was left a voicemail late the evening before to call and schedule to pick up the rental. No one picks up the phone. I had a reservation for an insurance claim. I called 4 times. Each call, I was on hold at least 13-15 minutes then automatically got hung up on by the phone system. Terrible customer service. I will have to get a Lyft to drive me there to talk to someone.

    You tried to put me in a car that had the license tag expired for two months and then you tried to act like you had the sticker for the tag, but when I asked to see the registration and sticker, I observed that it did not match that license tag so one you’ve been renting that vehicle to other customers for two months with an illegal license tag that had expired and then tried to play me like a fool by putting a sticker on the tag that did not match that tag having me drive illegal

    Horrible experience at this location specifically with Jay. Reservation was set for 12pm, we get a call to come at 12:30pm, while in the parking lot at that time, we get another call saying they don’t have what we want and offer a mini van. We needed something other than a minivan so he says the airport has what we want. We offer to go to the airport to pick it up and are told no, pick up here at 2pm. We show up at 2pm and the doors are locked with a note on the door stating they’re picking up cars so we wait for fifteen mins before trying to call the office. We call and there’s no answer. We ended up waiting an hour before calling another store to find out what was going on and they’re able to tell us that the manager was able to get in touch with the associate and they’re ten minutes away with our SUV. We continue to wait another fifteen minutes until they finally show up. When we get inside the guy proceeds to tell us he still doesn’t have what we’re needing but that he has something a little bit bigger, so I say well go ahead and give us that since we’ve been waiting for three hours. He says, “If you can’t take the minivan then you’re not going to take the Wagoneer!” Yes, yelled this at us! We say, “This has never been an issue anywhere else, especially after waiting three hours past the pick up time and then explain we’ve had to send two employees today to bring their boss to pick said vehicle up.” He responds with “That’s not my problem!” Instead of kindly trying to make it right he yells “Get out of my store! You’re not getting anything today since you can’t take the minivan!” I have never been treated so horrible by an associate in my life. This location should seriously consider looking into Jay and his experience in sales and customer service and maybe consider finding a replacement. As for me, we will never use this location again. Worst experience ever!
