  Horrible experience at this location specifically with Jay. Reservation was set for 12pm, we get a call to come at 12:30pm, while in the parking lot at that time, we get another call saying they don’t have what we want and offer a mini van. We needed something other than a minivan so he says the airport has what we want. We offer to go to the airport to pick it up and are told no, pick up here at 2pm. We show up at 2pm and the doors are locked with a note on the door stating they’re picking up cars so we wait for fifteen mins before trying to call the office. We call and there’s no answer. We ended up waiting an hour before calling another store to find out what was going on and they’re able to tell us that the manager was able to get in touch with the associate and they’re ten minutes away with our SUV. We continue to wait another fifteen minutes until they finally show up. When we get inside the guy proceeds to tell us he still doesn’t have what we’re needing but that he has something a little bit bigger, so I say well go ahead and give us that since we’ve been waiting for three hours. He says, “If you can’t take the minivan then you’re not going to take the Wagoneer!” Yes, yelled this at us! We say, “This has never been an issue anywhere else, especially after waiting three hours past the pick up time and then explain we’ve had to send two employees today to bring their boss to pick said vehicle up.” He responds with “That’s not my problem!” Instead of kindly trying to make it right he yells “Get out of my store! You’re not getting anything today since you can’t take the minivan!” I have never been treated so horrible by an associate in my life. This location should seriously consider looking into Jay and his experience in sales and customer service and maybe consider finding a replacement. As for me, we will never use this location again. Worst experience ever!

  My experience with Enterprise by far exceeded my expectations and it was all because of Bryce! I needed to rent a car to drive to Kansas City for a wedding and the process was simple, smooth, quick and easy. From the moment my husband and I walked in he was kind, professional, and exceeded all of our expectations. He had excellent communication skills and by the time we drove away I didn’t have any lingering questions. The car itself was incredible, so much so I joked with Bryce that my husband said if I asked nicely he might let me keep it. I loved the 2025 Hyundai Sonata so much I’m actually considering buying it in the future. It was clean, I felt safe and the return process was simple as well. I’ve never had this much of a positive experience renting a car before. I definitely will rent from here again! Thank you Bryce! You made this trip so easy and I felt confident and happy with my decision. Not to mention, the reason we rented a car for this trip in the first place was my husband didn’t feel safe with me driving my personal vehicle all the way to Missouri alone. And one day later after returning the rental, my personal vehicle’s front left tire exploded on the highway. I’m extremely grateful my husband asked me to rent a car because I could not imagine this happening on my way to photograph a wedding!
