- HHHawks HApr 26, 20262.0It is very obvious that the corporate office don’t care about the people fueling at their stores so you people think we are deaf the ads blare in your ear they are so loud if i didn’t have to fuel at pfj then i would never stop at one because I don’t want to listen to ads while I am fueling shut that crap off

- ATAndrei TimchenkoApr 9, 20263.0Not terrible. Large lot, parking always available. Subway inside tends to be pretty slow. Showers is where all the cons are: problems with hot water. Allegedly their heater is bad. Shower announcements are barely audible. You have to hang out nearby. 3 out of 5 showers are operational.

- SWShon WhitwoodMar 28, 20264.0I recently stopped at the Pilot Travel Center on my route, and overall, it was a decent experience, but not without its drawbacks. First, I appreciated the customer service—the lady at the desk was really upfront and helpful, warning me right away that there were some hot water issues with the showers. I do have to say, though, the showers themselves weren’t warm—so that was a bit of a letdown, especially after a long drive. On the upside, the station has a huge parking area, which is great for trucks. However, I noticed a lot of space that could easily be utilized for free parking, yet they charge for a lot of spots. It felt like a bit of a missed opportunity. Because of the great service but the shower problem and paid parking, I give them 4 stars. With a few tweaks, this could be a top-notch stop.
