  Don't even bother calling. The woman that answers the phone is so rude it is as if she's trying to turn away new business, which if that is the fact, then just say so. The building seems nice and I work on the phones so am very courteous but this lady was intentionally rude. I was trying to shop local since I live in Andover as well but I'll take my repair jobs elsewhere. It's too bad because I was specifically looking for a new mechanic in close proximity to my house that could work on muscle cars trailers. She wouldn't even tell me what they did.

  I actually rated this place as 5 stars with excellent care a few years ago. It has gone downhill fast. They will charge you $100 for a full inspection even if you ask them to skip it. Remember when your mechanic would call you about your repair and offer you options for a replacement part so you could get what you can afford? Not anymore. This shop went full AI automation. You get a text, a picture, a price and an option of yes or no. A starter and a tow on a 20 year old vehicle should net set you back over a grand. What started out as a neighborhood mechanic you could trust to help you, has became a voiceless money grab. I am sorry to see it, and we now have to try someone else.

  I basically had a brand new car driving out of their parking lot within 6 hours of drop off! Dustin was phenomenal, he listened to my needs without interruption and communicated their processes and pricing clearly. Also, there was zero push back for a service we declined. I really appreciate the system they use to inform us with updates on the inspection. They had a spacious and clean living area for those who need somewhere to crash as well. From the start, you can tell this company have some awesome individuals who genuinely care about their job and the people they help. I finally feel like I'm in good hands. Thank you!

  We spent over $3000 getting the A/C worked on by them. Worked for a day or two. They never really fixed it. Said they changed compressor. No they didn't. Same old junk one that's in it. Today the bolts came loose and Trashed the Serpentine belt. The bolts where never Torqued down. Now I have a mess. Avoid at all cost.
