  I decided to book with Enterprise at Keflavík International Airport after having a poor experience with Hertz, and I’m very glad I made the switch. Although the Enterprise location is a few minutes away from the airport, the shuttle service makes it extremely convenient. After grabbing your baggage, there is someone holding a sign to direct you, and they also provide a phone number and WhatsApp contact for any questions or concerns. The rental process was smooth from start to finish. There was no wait time to speak with an agent or pick up the vehicle, which was a huge plus after a long flight. The vehicles were all in great condition, and there was a decent selection available in the morning. Returning the car was also very easy, especially with the N1 gas station located right beside Enterprise. What stood out the most, however, was the excellent customer service. Having responsive and reliable staff gave me real peace of mind, knowing I could easily get in touch with them if anything came up during the trip. Highly recommend this location for anyone renting a car in Iceland.

  I only rent with Enterprise, even outside of the US. We had a vehicle issue while on our trip and Ausra P. was very helpful in assisting us with a resolution and getting a replacement vehicle.

  I had a car rental when I landed at Iceland. I ended up paying more options than I planned for. Be aware that some of the staff English may be with heavy accennt and all in ISK while u maybe dead tired, so make sure you check the cost carefully to avoid a later surprise. The rest is good. I love Iceland and the hardworking people there.

  From the moment I arrived, Ana and manager Damian were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me have the best possible experience. I did not expect this at all. I was initially unsure which vehicle would be best for our family’s travels around Iceland, and they took the time to explain the pros and cons of different options based on road conditions, and our travel plans. What impressed me most was their flexibility and commitment to customer service. After discussing our needs, they generously allowed us to switch to a more comfortable vehicle, which made a huge difference for our trip, especially with young children. They cared more about finding the right solution than simply completing the rental. The professionalism, honesty, and kindness shown by the entire team made this one of the best car rental experiences I’ve had. Thank you for going above and beyond. I would gladly rent from this Enterprise location again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Iceland.

  Great experience with Enterprise! I had to return my vehicle earlier than expected due to an urgent situation, and the manager was incredibly understanding and professional. They refunded the unused rental days without any hassle. Excellent customer service and a very fair approach. Highly recommended!
