  An absolutely fantastic car rental agency that I cannot recommend highly enough! We drove 2,700 km, and everything was absolutely flawless, from picking up the vehicle to returning it. Both check-in and check-out were incredibly quick, smooth, and hassle-free. Everything was perfectly organized, efficient, and professional. A special thank you to Michael, who made the whole experience even better! 🌟 It's rare to come across someone so genuinely friendly, helpful, and professional. From the very first moment, he made everything feel easy and welcoming. You can tell he really cares about his customers and enjoys what he does. He's exactly the kind of person you hope to meet when renting a car, and honestly, a big reason why I'd happily come back to this agency.   The staff here was very friendly. Adam was especially helpful and worked with us to get the fastest shuttle from the airport to the rental location. He was picking up two other groups as well, and since there wasn't enough room in the shuttle for everyone, he worked with one group to see if some of them would be willing to wait at the airport. He was friendly and talkative on the drive, and once we arrived, he made sure that group went first in line at the office since they had left part of their group behind. The gentleman who helped us at checkout was also very kind. He let me check the car myself to make sure all of our luggage would fit, and he was very patient answering our questions about the insurance options and converting the costs into terms that were easier for us to understand. He even recommended some of his favorite restaurants for trying more traditional local food. We would use Enterprise here again because of the easy service and the people who helped us.

  I worked with both Zofia and Adam during my visit to Iceland. Pickup and drop-off experience both were great! I will gladly rent from Enterprise again on my next visit to Iceland. Remember to pay for parking! We always looked for the signs and were diligent (I thought) about paying ahead of time in the app, but still had three tickets after our two-week trip.

  Busy location during arrivals early in the morning, but the staff were great and efficient. No pressure for extra insurance although it was an additional $50+ per day, if you are a good driver may not be necessary, would have been additional $300+ for my rental, take a video before/after rental. Windshield wiper broke off at 80kmph had to zip tie the wiper, there are no places to get fixed 6hrs from the airport location, no fault of the enterprise, but all good, car drove well with good tires,

  Rented a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV (License Plate: ZT E05) from this location and experienced serious mechanical failures while driving the Golden Circle and Ring Road. The vehicle unexpectedly dropped into "limp mode" twice—first late at night on a remote stretch and again later—creating an extremely dangerous and stressful situation that could have easily resulted in a major accident. When I reported the issue, management downplayed the seriousness and relied solely on a basic dealership inspection that failed to uncover the underlying fault, brushing off the safety hazard. They did offer two free future rental days as compensation, but it felt more like a brush-off than an acknowledgment of how serious the issue was. A vehicle experiencing these kinds of critical powertrain failures should be thoroughly evaluated and taken out of rotation to protect future renters. Refuse this vehicle if you are offered it. Disappointed with how customer safety concerns were handled.
