Alex at the BSI bus terminal in Reykjavik was very helpful. We were stranded for the day. Not only did he get us a car, he gave us personal route and sites to see in the South Coast.

Terrible service. Was listed as a self service kiosk station. Kiosk was “down” and had to wait 20+ minutes in line to talk to the agent. Then, I find out charges were added onto my account for insurances I did not sign up for. Contacting their support, they offered me no solutions or help and tried to blame me for it. My family and I have used enterprise for a decade and this is easily the worst location we’ve ever been

Helpful staff for pick up and drop off. However, Enterprise charged me for a parking ticket that I can prove I paid. The "convenience fee" is outrageous. $36 USD for a $6USD ticket. Airport office was able to resolve the problem. Make sure you have proof of payment. Iceland’s parking system is very sneaky. Also watch for toll roads. It is all connected to your license plate.

Issa was fantastic. She was very helpful, polite, and responsive to all our questions. And a good sense of humour. A great experience!
