    I rented a car from there i left something on the car i call 3 hrs later they didnt admit it was there not happy bout that they should have call me and give me what i left on the car i rented . Not profesional at all 🤬

    Had the worst experience in this zionville location ,called to make a reservation for a rental car ,unfortunately a team member i spoke with never gave me a heads up what kind of vehicle that was available they made me come in only to see a ford Musc that was so low which wasn,t good enough for my back as i had some medical health issues .They took money off my card and never gave me a service i rejected the offer .my money still hanging with enterprise ,called my bank several times was told enterprise needs to post my money . I had to file a dispute cliams for service that was never given to me . I will not recommend this location.. Atitude of teams members is not encouraging .i.had a horrible experiemce in this location.
