I scheduled an appointment on 9/13 for a differential fluid change and brake flush. I was told the differential fluid needed to be ordered, and the service was scheduled for 9/19. I dropped off my vehicle this morning and began walking home, only to receive a call shortly after informing me that they could no longer perform the differential service. I cancelled the remaining brake flush. The lack of communication and follow-through reflects a disorganized operation and a disregard for the customer’s time and trust.

Went for an oil change, was asked to pull my car out of the bay as no one could drive a manual transmission. Was informed that my brakes had "about a week left". Checked myself and I still have over 5mm of pad left, could easily last over a year. Sad story indeed.
