It’s definitely easy to assume a repair business bends the truth to make money but tire discounters just got a client for life with their transparency and honestly. I even went ahead and added a warranty on all my tires because I don’t see myself going anywhere else. I observed from the waiting area every single customer interaction and they truly go above and beyond for everyone. Asked what good is making an appointment , was told I don’t know what to tell you? Two wasted trips from Frankfort Indiana . I understand things come up situations change make a phone call. During the installation, inspection and alignment they noticed I had a couple components that were in need of repair eventually but didn't push the issue and scream "the sky is falling! Give us all your money to stop it!" They got me in and out and on my way in no time. Fast forward a couple weeks. I tried multiple times to get back in to get my free oil change, it just didn't work out on my end for whatever reason each time. Finally got off work early enough to get there an hour before they closed. I hate being that guy that shows upat closing, but they got me in right away and didn't even bat an eye. They're polite, don't push to upsell you, and truly go above and beyond for their customers. I'll definitely be coming back
