- TMT MudJan 3, 20262.0So can in to swap rims. Kyle was nice at the counter, but to busy and messed up on info so he could call me back. When I did Come back in he told me the wheels wouldn't work with the tires, that they would rub inside the fenders. I know that's not true. I know what will fit. Plus they told me I had a pin hole in one of my side walls. Lie!! I went to Belle tires and they found no pin hole anywhere. I feel like they didn't want to help me because the cost of putting rims not purchased at this store doesn't work for there profit margins. Plus they seemed very inexperienced at this location. Im very good at fixing my car and extremely confident in my abilities. I was literally given issues but they didn't offer one solution. Like hey I can offer you this. NOTHING! He just handed my keys back.and I left. I almost ripped him a new one but decided that it wouldn't fix anything. Please if you come here check and double check their work and make sure your not getting the run around. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS COMPANY EVER. Good luck to the next customer I hope your experience is better than mine.

- KKKDec 9, 20251.0This review is only for this particular location. I’ve never had issues with Tire Discounters prior to this. Tire Discounters broke parts on my car and promised replacements. That was three months ago. Since then, every call I’ve made has been met with the same tired excuse, “the parts are on the truck.” At this point, I have to ask what truck is this? A horse-drawn carriage circling the globe? Maybe it’s stuck in traffic on Mars. Bottom line: excuses don’t replace parts. If you value accountability and timely service, look elsewhere.
