  I had a car rental with the whitestown location. They said full tank of gas , but when I first got in the car, it was at 1/2 tank. Then I needed to change my reservation and see if I could drop off at another location down south. I was not able to make this change online and needed to call customer service. The customer service rep said that would not be an issue and no fee would be charged . A few minutes before dropping off at new location they called to tell me they charged me $100 .

  I stopped in last minute because I needed a car for 24 hours. They were super helpful and accommodating on pricing.

  Not reasonably accommodating, didn't offer me the best rate. What Noel did was bill me for $3100 dollars for a rental for just a month. And when I asked with my lawyer If they could adjust it because the billing should have been not a daily rate. Noel told me that he consulted his boss and he was perfectly fine with not making any adjustments. $3,100 dollars is a lot of money. And I'm disappointed in my service with this enterprise. If you are a woman be careful. I feel like I didn't know what specifically to ask for so he did whatever would get him the most commissions I'm sure. Left me in a bind.
