  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Belle Tire Whitestown. Even though my vehicle was there for two days due to throttle and temperature issues, the manager and master mechanic went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed properly. They even surprised me by replacing a motor mount, installing a temperature sensor, and putting in half a tank of gas — all at no charge as a gift for the inconvenience. Honest, professional, and truly exceptional customer service. I’m very grateful and highly recommend this team!

  The staff and manager at this location are fantastic. Came in for an oil change and my aftermarket grill got cracked in the process. They informed me of the issue right away, ordered me a new grill, and installed it within a week. Additionally they found a nail and screw in my tire and fixed it all for free. I have 100% trust in this location.

  I stopped to see about getting a new tire since we had to put a spare on. I spoke with Michael and from the start he was great! He was very personable and greeted me when I walked in. Once we started talking he got to work right away. Explained that if the tire could be fixed they would do that and if not they would help me get a new one. Once they had more information he explained what was happening, we figured out a plan and they got to work. It was fast service as well since I didn't make an appointment. Belle is the place to go if you need work done on your vehicle and they offer it. They are all very nice and personable. They also put my spare back!

  We always have a great experience at Belle Tire, but this one was the best!! Our car got stuck in the snow, and after we got it out, it started shaking pretty badly at highway speeds. We brought it in to Belle Tire and they looked at it right away, assuming it had something to do with the snow. Sure enough, they were able to remove some ice and it was perfectly fine. A maybe 10 minute wait with great service in the warm and comfortable waiting room. Then we were told it was no charge! We’ll be customers for life.

  Can’t say enough about this place! Had an ongoing issue that everyone else gave us the run around. They fixed it within in five mins. Will definitely be a return customer
