My tire pressure was low, so I tried using the air pump at a nearby gas station—but instead of fixing it, it actually made things worse and my tire dropped all the way down to 16 psi. I was scared to keep driving, so I went to AutoZone to buy a pump. The staff was incredibly welcoming. He even came outside with me, stood by my car in the freezing weather, and gave me clear instructions on how to use the machine properly when i asked. I’m truly grateful for the help.

The gun was hard to assemble and harder still to load the grease cartridge and even harder to get it to start squirting grease. Mr. Syrk worked with the gun, hose and cartridge until it was working properly. 5 stars.
