  Replaced key faub batteries and the ones they had were actually bad so they replaced them again and checked their current with an om meter. The staff were very helpful.

When the exact product I needed wasn’t immediately available on the shelf, Adrian didn’t hesitate—he took the time to go into the back, carefully navigate through stacked inventory, and personally bring out the additional stock I needed. He made sure I had the correct OEM-compatible coolant and double-checked everything to ensure I was getting exactly what my vehicle required.   My car wouldn't start after I parked in an adjacent parking lot. Luckily, I was right next to this AutoZone and went in for help. Cole B. was super helpful and friendly with trying to figure out the problem and eventually helped me purchase and replace the battery in my car. It took some troubleshooting, but Cole's problem solving saved my day! Great service here.

  I ended up getting a flat tire and having trouble with getting my key lug nut off, but the staff I met especially James were so helpful. James went out of his way in providing customer service and helped me not only get my lug nut off but also install my spare tire. He even was generous enough to use his personal tools as I did not have any with me at the moment. Despite the stressful situation James really helped me stay calm and get the problem fixed.
