- 88813rmorgan3Dec 3, 20251.0Someone, needs to inform Paul so he can properly inform his employees that pilot gives a huge discount for us just to get our fuel there. Which means we can only get our showers there orbFlying J's or trucking wouldn't be profitable, and we get $3,000 fines if we go over on our clock. It's extremely hard to manage parking a truck and getting showers squeezed in. So, when someone calls there and they ask if there's any showers available if there's a wait, you don't tell them your system's down and not be willing to go check. Then, when you call back Paul answers and then he doesn't even give you a chance to say hello, he just hangs the phone up, when he hears you asking for a manager. Then, you call back again he still doesn't even want to check. I mean come on guys, I pull off the interstate for all that you know how hard it is to go park a truck and then back in, then walk up there and find out you don't have enough time to take a shower. That's a jam-packed truck stop there could be 10 people waiting in line for all I know. Get it together pilot and stop giving these companies incentives to just fuel at your truck stop if your employees don't care about our showers, we're getting sick of it.

When I returned to the store to exchange it, the bald man with a beard refused to help and did so with a poor attitude. I then contacted Pilot customer service, and they informed me clearly that a defective product should be refunded or exchanged without any issue. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand — now I see how many others had negative experiences. Overall, this was a disappointing visit.
