- DMDavid Mcwherter1 day ago1.0Well you did a good job completing the brake pads in the rear and letting me know about my rotors in the front and told us only the rotors need changing and the brake pads look good .. we said we would wait .. told us if we change our minds on the rotors to come back ... so we called u 10 minutes after leaving we decided to go ahead and do it .. then you tell us we have to come back for you to look at it to give us a quote after telling us it would be 230.99 after taxes .. then you tell us its gonna be 489 dollars .. that makes absolutely no sense .. you guys just make up prices as you go .

I've already looked into this and verified that she lied to me about the type of oil that is considered to be the minimum for my vehicle. This is a best case of highway robbery to a customer!! And doing it to somebody approaching 60 years of age, is taking advantage!!

Had new engine filter put in. 2nd oil change 1 and half qt low. 2nd oil change they pulled my engine filter. It started running rough. They didn't even put engine filter back in it the right way only tightened down one screw. They stripped one area where screw goes. I try to take care of my car with regular maintenance I expect the workers to do the job right. I won't go back to that store.
