- JTJames Tripp3 days ago1.0Hey so last time I'm ever going here. Paid like 80 bucks extra to change my air filters last oil change. They showed them both to me today saying they need to be replaced again. The main issue is the cabin air filter was crushed and I mean mangled they were saying it was banged up. Well NO DIP you guys either did that when you put it in, or five minutes ago when you took it out. They are the only ones that have ever touched it. So either they never replaced the last ones or they literally broke my cabin air filter on purpose so I would pay for a new one. INSANE BEHAVIOUR if they would do that what else are they doing. Again this is literally the only place that I have been to for oil changes in four years of living here. There is no one else that could have touched them. Needless to say never coming back.

Being a woman in the fleet and vehicle industry can sometimes be challenging when it comes to repairs and costs—let’s be honest, assumptions are still made. Jiffy Lube has never made me feel that way. I have never once felt talked down to, taken advantage of, or questioned when it comes to my knowledge or my vehicles. The staff is consistently helpful, professional, and kind. Nola, in the office is an absolute delight to work with, and Brandon, the manager, is just as helpful and approachable. I also truly appreciate the mechanics who take the time to ensure my trucks are safe and road-ready for my drivers.
