  Great place to rent from. This location is excellent. The entire staff is nice. Nick & Henry were both awesome. The cars are always clean. Thank you!

  The folks did a great job getting the cars cleared of snow from the Dec 13th snow storm. I had to pick up my rental right when they opened and it was clear of snow and ready to go.

  This experience was extremely disappointing. The company seems perfectly capable of taking reservations, but not of honoring them—and then places the blame on “the system.” Even when I called the phone number listed on Google Maps and confirmed everything with a corporate representative, I was later told that it wasn’t a “local representative,” so the reservation couldn’t be processed. I asked multiple times—five, to be exact—whether the car was actually available before making the 40-minute drive, and each time I was told it was confirmed. When I arrived, however, I was met with confusion and dismissiveness, as if the situation was somehow amusing. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and communication was unacceptable. This wasted a significant amount of my time, and I hope the company takes this feedback seriously to prevent it from happening to other customers.
