I went in for an oil change and they ended up breaking my oil filter housing during the service. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a real solution, they acted like it wasn’t a big deal and tried to brush it off onto the last person who changed my oil. Now I’m stuck dealing with a tow fee and a repair that should have been taken care of by the people who broke it. The staff didn’t seem knowledgeable or careful, and I felt the manager used my lack of knowledge to his advantage to push the responsibility off of them. For a place that advertises “quick, reliable service,” this was anything but. Between the damage to my vehicle, poor communication, and lack of accountability, I won’t be returning to this location — and I’d strongly recommend others avoid it too.

I took it back and they said it was residue from the change. Last week I took my daughters car in and then when I pulled out I stopped to check the oil and it was exactly a quart low. I pulled back in and said “you forgot a quart.”The culture of the leadership or organization must be to cheat people just a little to drive profits Who knows if they actually filled it with synthetic oil vs normal oil to keep the profits. They can not be trusted.
