- ADAmani Dababneh4 days ago1.0I am sharing my experience so other customers are aware of what happened to me. On November 18, 2025, I brought my 2013 BMW X5 for a routine oil change. Immediately after the service, my car began shaking, making unusual noises, displayed “Engine Malfunction – Reduced Power,” and then stopped starting completely. The issue happened immediately after the oil change, and the employee on duty acknowledged this in writing. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the store repeatedly refused responsibility, refused towing coverage, refused rental coverage, and refused to provide any written confirmation of what they said verbally. I was also pressured to remove my vehicle from their lot even though the problem began right after their service. I now have an official Valvoline corporate claim number, and the situation is being escalated to their risk/insurance department. However, the lack of professionalism, refusal to provide written statements, and the way I was treated at this location has caused unnecessary stress and delay. I am sharing this experience so others are aware and can make informed decisions when choosing where to service their vehicles

I ended up leaving because no one came out to talk to me. I was so excited to see a woman thinking I would feel safer but it was the complete opposite she just stood there on her phone. I don’t think I’ll ever be back between not being greeted and the dirty look I’ll give someone else my business.
