Update (3/18/2026)
April and Gage Dedor were kind enough to look in to this matter quickly and call me with the part arrival and conveyed me about the delay in part arrival, my car was fixed quickly and had a smooth transistion with all warnings cleared and up and running
*****************
I am waiting since Feb 28,2026 for a part the speed sensor (also available in AutoZone) to arrive, and they don't know if it is ordered. James the front desk man always promises he gets to bottom of issue and gives me a call, which never happened. They replaced the front bearings and told only speed sensor is missing and needs to be ordered and They have taken the final bill amount during the repair and my car is running with dozen warning on dashboard.

I had the most pleasant experience for my daughter at this location on Saturday! April helped me at the front counter and made sure I didn't need anything while we waited for my husband to arrive. They have fair pricing and they are extremely kind at this location. If I would trust them for my Daughters vehicle traveling to college, I would recommend them for yours!

Horrible experience. I have used this store for multiple oil changes and rotations on both my vehicles in the past and the service has always been good. I decided to order tires last week for my truck. I was told by April who works at the front service desk it might take 2 to 3 business days for the tires to come in. I was told they would call me as soon as they came in and then we would schedule an appointment. I heard nothing for a week. I called in Saturday morning, March 7, 2026. I was told that they arrived yesterday and then I could bring my vehicle in and they would replace the tires, service the vehicle, and give me their “free alignment“
I dropped my car off at 9 AM in the morning.i heard nothing from them all day. I waited till 4 PM when they were supposed to be closing and because I had not heard anything, I stopped by the store. I was told that they had some staffing issues, but they were going to bring my vehicle in and work late to get it done. I went home and waited for a call which never came. At 7:30 PM I was concerned and I had to have it back for Sunday for travel. I went by the store and all of the lights were out, and my vehicle was locked in a bay. It was obvious that it had not been repaired. Again, I want to preface that nobody called me or told me anything about what was taking place.
When I arrived at the store at 7:30 PM, I met with Matt, who I believe is a regional supervisor. He explained that he was trying to get to the bottom of what happened today and was unsure. He made sure that my vehicle was returned to me, of course it had not been repaired, he told me to check in with him next week as he would be at the store trying to sort out what took place on Saturday. He was very professional and apologized stating the tires I ordered had been in since Monday so obviously April lied to me earlier.
I am concerned about this store and not sure that I want to have them work on my vehicle anymore. Matt did say he would give me a discount for my trouble and I know it was not his fault. It was the lack of customer service from April and the other salesman, not sure of his name, who work in the front desk area.
Not sure what the deal is with this place but all of a sudden the customer service and what they advertise is not being demonstrated to their customer base. I will have to think before I take my vehicle back there next week. They did special order my tires so I feel like I should have this done, but with this kind of service, I don’t think they deserve to have my service loyalty.
Update 3-10-26
I decided to return to Tire Discounters and give them the opportunity to make things right. James, the service manager met with me and apologized for what had taken place and said he appreciated the opportunity to make things right. He was extremely professional, and I did leave my truck for the services that we had originally agreed upon. The services were completed to my satisfaction, and James was extremely fair with me and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was completed to my satisfaction.
I am very pleased with the service that I received today and I’m happy with the final outcome of the unfortunate situation.
I do plan on continuing my service relationship with this facility. James has restored my faith in the business.
Thank you, James and Matt for taking a bad situation and working through it with me to get an optimal outcome resolution.

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
