  Had to write this review due to such an exceptionally amazing experience in our interactions with this company and such kind staff. What could have been a tough, disappointing and almost dangerous situation was made whole simply by the service provided by this team. To set the context, we’re Canadians visiting family in the US, took a trip from Chicago to Indiana to pick up a car for him and ran into car trouble - coolant had inexplicably exploded out of the car, out of the blue and totally unexpected. The car issue would have meant having no means for them to return home 4 hours away, while we (visiting) needed to drive straight back to Canada. This was on a Saturday morning. We managed to drive the car to Tire Discounter at 3440 In -32 Westfield Indiana. When we first arrived we were told in no certain terms they were solidly booked - fair given the slots were scheduled for their customers. Next slot was Monday which of course posed a problem for all of us. What to do? Situation seemed hopeless. So I approached the mechanics hoping to get them to at least take a look, but there was a line up of cars they needed to work on. Clients that had dropped off their vehicles and more pulling up that had appointments booked. After hanging around a bit and trying to get the attention of various staff, I finally was able to speak to Mr Gage and once again explained our predicament. Everyone was stressed, my relative, person handing over the car, even Mr Gage who kindly listened, asked for 2 hours to clear the lot/ schedule and return then. When ready, Mr Gage walked over to us, took the keys and vehicle, inspected the car, ordered coolant and part needed, repaired the radiator which turned out to be something loose (at least 1 hr working on it), test drove the car a few times and returned the vehicle. We braced ourselves for what this last minute emergency cost would be; that emergency cost turned out to be negligible. He looked at us , with a smile on his face and said. " it's ok"! We were stunned and speechless, He smiled and walked away back to fixing the other cars. We could not believe this kindness could happen in this day and age, esp towards foreigners visiting. Thank you Mr. Cage. Thank you Tire Discounter. I have no doubt your business continues to thrive and grow - service like this and quality of your work will always speak for itself. You are truly amazing. God bless.

  They said it will be ready between 4 and 4:30 i came early asked again said same thing then at 4:15 asked again said sorry you have 5 at the front of you So unprofessional i could of left and did something

  I had a great experience at Tire Discounters today having 4 tires installed despite them being short staffed today. Thanks Gage for excellent service!

  I went in with a flat and was sure I needed a new tire. Gage was awesome he pulled my car in checked the tire and repaired it. When I went to the counter expecting a bill there was no charge! I will refer everyone to them who needs tire work. They are honest, reliable and fast.

  Very honest service and quick to address any issues with any service they provided. Very good job at finding the right tires when many were out of stock.
