I had visited this store for the pass Three weeks trying to get someone to take five minutes to check out my right rear tire and see if there's something in that tire. I was told every time that they were short handed and unable to get to it. Was told Monday to come back tomorrow. I returned today only to be told that he's having the same issue with staffing and he would set up a appointment for the 23rd at this point I'm clearly frustrated as I watch him taking care of the lady after me with putting air in her tires. I hand to drive from the Westfield store to the 96th street store which is twenty - five minutes away. Although they were just as busy they took me right away. It only took him about five minutes to check out all my tires and reset them. That's all I needed for Westfield store to do. I will not be using or buying anymore tires and rims from this company anymore. Thanks for your time.

I had Westfield Tire Discounters trade out some tires and Rims during the coldest week to date and what looked like their busiest week, they went above and beyond helping me and getting me the right rims saving me time and $. I can’t say enough good things about how they helped.

I came here after a poor experience at a competitive store. I was glad I did. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The mgr was professional and courteous. I bought 4 tires and was in and out in a timely manner.

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
