  The staff at Gerber Collision & Glass was professional and accommodating. Per my last visit, I was impressed with the office manager who offered a very welcoming upbeat greeting and environment making sure to better align my trust in Gerber Collision & Glass for future service. Thank you for yesterday. :)

  I took my car to Gerber Westfield as they are a preferred vendor of the insurance company of the person at fault in my accident. It's now January 6th, they've had my car with relatively minor damage since before Thanksgiving. When I dropped my car off in November, I was told repairs should take about a week or so. I was given regular updates on the progress for the first coupe weeks. Now, the only way I can get an update (if update is really what you want to call it) is if I call them. And, even then, it's simply a series of excuses followed by, "your car should be ready in another week" and further sweet talk about how, this time, we really do mean it....and that they "appreciate all of my patience", which has now run out. The simple fact of the matter is, excuses aside, I can't see where they've made any real progress since their first delay many weeks ago. They are a collision repair business but they seem to get easily stumped on how to find parts for my 2014 Lexus....or how to properly paint it...or where to find a new employee to fix my car after having to fire the last one (just to share 3 of the excuses they've given me). I'll consider updating my review once I receive my car back. Overall, they seem like nice people who are in well over their head.

  Poor communication and service. They have had my car for almost 2 months now and havent even started on fixing it. Meanwhile, I am now paying out of pocket for the rental i am using. Zero sense of urgency. They accepted my car to be towed to their facility fully knowing it would be a while to get worked on with false time frames of completion

  The service to fix a dent was excellent and was done relatively inexpensive without having to replace the part.
