  Terrible. They replaced my back bumper and tailgate after I was rear-ended. I picked up the car and drove it to Virginia for Thanksgiving. The car would not start once I got there. They referred me to a local shop some distance away which was not even a Gerber facility. I found a nearby local shop in Virginia which found that Gerber had not secured the battery cables after completing the back bumper replacement. Gerber is now refusing to pay the cost of the diagnosis and repair of their mistake by the Virginia shop. Liberty Mutual is also now refusing to pay my out-of-pocket expenses related to the incident as well. (I had to rent a car to return to Indiana, then had to buy a plane ticket to return to Virginia to pick up my car.) Negligence in completing all aspects of the repair and their unwillingness to admit their mistake is now costing me thousands out of my own pocket. Despicable. FOLLOW-ON TO GERBER RESPONSE: You have my phone number and e-mail address and can contact me via either, including leaving a voicemail. Liberty Mutual informed me that Gerber would not be covering the entire cost of the diagnosis and repair in Virginia. If that is not accurate, please let me know and I will not include Gerber in the small claims court paperwork.

  I had a recent collision that had me check my car here for an inspection. Knowledgeable, friendly staff was helpful in answering questions, and setting expectations.

  Poor communication and service. They have had my car for almost 2 months now and havent even started on fixing it. Meanwhile, I am now paying out of pocket for the rental i am using. Zero sense of urgency. They accepted my car to be towed to their facility fully knowing it would be a while to get worked on with false time frames of completion

  The service to fix a dent was excellent and was done relatively inexpensive without having to replace the part.

  Great atmosphere and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend for all collision repair needs.
