The company seems perfectly capable of taking reservations, but not of honoring them—and then places the blame on “the system.” Even when I called the phone number listed on Google Maps and confirmed everything with a corporate representative, I was later told that it wasn’t a “local representative,” so the reservation couldn’t be processed. I asked multiple times—five, to be exact—whether the car was actually available before making the 40-minute drive, and each time I was told it was confirmed. When I arrived, however, I was met with confusion and dismissiveness, as if the situation was somehow amusing. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and communication was unacceptable. This wasted a significant amount of my time, and I hope the company takes this feedback seriously to prevent it from happening to other customers.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Sam, Henry, Braxton and Aubrey...they are all so professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!!
